                         Women’s Ministry Team

     Our Mission: To encourage all women to be involved in church activities; also to learn to be better caregivers, strengthening our relationships.

Activities:

          EACH MONTH we will have an activity.  It will be different kinds of activities, at different times of day, so more women will be able to take part.

 Some upcoming events are:

April – Ladies’ Fun Night

May  – Day trip to Harrisonburg: the Book Warehouse and lunch with Dorothy Powell

June  – Craft Get-together:  women bring their projects to work on; bring your lunch.

**Women’s Service Fellowship

         Ladies work on making quilts and putting together school kits.

         They also enjoy treating the college students to snacks, and those gift bags have recently been filled and delivered.

 **Food Services

          The kitchen committee would appreciate anyone who uses the kitchen to fill out the posted chart of items that are needing replacing.  This will help to keep the kitchen well stocked. Also, when you use something, please return it to the same cabinet.  This will help greatly in keeping the kitchen organized.

 Our March activity was the slumber party at Poe Powell’s.  It proved to be a fun-filled time for all who went.  (There were some who actually stayed awake ALL night!!)
