Multimedia Team 
Our Mission: to
operate, maintain and improve as necessary the audio and video equipment of the
church. The team will also study and initiate new ways to use media in the work
of the congregation.

Our
team met to discuss how to best serve the congregation with the current
equipment. Our goal is to be available to the worship and spiritual leadership
teams as needed to assist with the audio and visual needs during the worship
service. The team will also make sure someone from the team is available for
special events and speakers throughout the year.
Projects
· We
have created a schedule for the year which will have two team members available
for each worship service to handle the multimedia needs. We are currently
working with new persons on the team to train them so they can run both the
sound system and the computer.
· We
are currently looking at the audio equipment needs and researching possible
solutions to meet those needs.
· We
are also testing new software that will enable us to record the worship services
digitally and then record them on CD as needed. If you know anyone who would
like to have a copy of the worship services please let us know.
· We
are also working with the spiritual leadership team and the worship team to
improve communications between the three teams as we prepare for the worship
service.
I am excited about the opportunity to lead this team
because of the people who are involved with this team and their desire to work
together. The level of cooperation and willingness shown already has been
fantastic!
