the #1 seeded team, the Richmond Christian varsity team team became the
state runner-up champions for Division II of the Virginia Independent
School Soccer Association. This is a new record for the school!

Thank-You
Recently, someone from church blessed me in a way that they
could never imagine. I really would like to thank that person, but there was no
signature with the blessing. So, to whoever my guardian angel was and is, I want
to thank you! The gift was not only a blessing to my situation but also a boost
to my confidence and spiritual growth.
Also, I would like the church to know that I really
appreciate the love and sense of family that I have inherited over the past two
and a half years at Powhatan Mennonite Church. I love all of you!

Correction to the trivia question in the
September-October Menno-Notes.
The question was "Which
two students this year will be in the same school, have the same teacher,
be in the same grade but never leave their homes?"
he answer should have been Rebecca Benson
and Kayla Wilson. (Not Kayley Kennel) Sorry, Kayla, for the mistake! |
