Wedding Bells

On Saturday, August 16, 2003, at 7 o’clock PM, Jaime Melissa Carnahan and Jon Michael Ranck were united in marriage at Powhatan Christian Fellowship in Powhatan, Virginia. Beth McCrodden was maid of honor and Jennifer Bremmer and Cory Reed were bridesmaids; all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Grace Allen and Tiffany Tilman was ring bearer. Brian Ranck served as his brother’s best man and friends of the groom, Andy Powell and Nathaniel Chaffins, were groomsmen. Terry Schrock, cousin of the groom, and Scott Tilman, friend of the groom were ushers.

The ceremony was officiated by Russell Cress, pastor of Powhatan Christian Fellowship and by Timothy Kennell, pastor of Powhatan Mennonite Church.

After a reception held in the church’s fellowship hall, the bridal couple left in the groom’s John Deere 4050 tractor. Following a honeymoon to the Smokey Mountains and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the couple will be at home at 89 Boston Hill Rd., Cartersville, Va. 23037.
