Frances Norton Adams and Waverly Minter Bugg were united in marriage October 23, 2004, 2 o’clock PM at Fine Creek Baptist Church, Powhatan, VA.

Did You Know….

· Viv, Emily and Lauren Hertzler traveled to Mississippi to spend time with Viv’s sister and brother-in-law, Jenny & Daryl Miller.  Daryl sister, Faith, was seriously injured in a recent car accident.

· Dickie Walton participated in Marathon 2004 in Richmond Saturday, November 13.  The 26.2 mile race was his 10th marathon and he came in 663 out of 4, 221 participants by finishing in 3:37:55.  Dickie says except for a sore foot he is feeling fine!

· Rebecca Benson was given the lead role of two solos for the upcoming Christmas program at Amelia Academy.

· Tommy and Susie Gonzalez along with their children traveled to Arizona October 20th.  They spent two wonderful weeks visiting friends and Tommy’s family.

· Phillip Palmore and Matthew Lehman were selected for the All-Star award at the Richmond Christian Soccer Conference in November.

Dress warmly. The shows start promptly and are 30 minutes in length..

In case of inclement weather, the shows will be cancelled and there will be NO rain date.

Sunday School Mission Project

Beginning November 14, a new project for our Sunday School offering will be to supply Life Packs for displaced families in Sudan.  $45.00 will purchase a pack which contains garden tools, fish hooks, soap, cooking and eating utensils, mosquito netting, a Bible in their language, and other needed items.

In addition to the Sunday School offering, if families or groups would like to contribute to this project by purchased a Life Pack they may do so by giving the money to our church treasurer, Nancy Moyer, and specifying for Life Packs.
